Wind River Development search’s for projects that bring new development, new jobs, and improved economic development to the community of Riverton.  We also are available to assist existing Riverton companies to invest in new projects, retooling, acquire or develop properties and/or to maintain local employment.   Wind River Development is a ‘for profit’ entity that uses its resources for short to intermediate term lending where conventional lending is not available.   We try not to be the landlord, or the owner of the property be it land and/or a building.  We need to stick to our roots and work with businesses to ensure Riverton is economic viable and thriving.
